!MPORTANT Update as of January 19, 2012 PLEASE READ : Please be informed that BPI deposits will take longer to verify compared to BDO, Smart Money & GCash. This is due to their non-real-time online system. Unlike BDO, your deposit will reflect within 30 mins to 1 hour max online after you made an over the counter deposit. Sometimes with BPI, we had to manually call our branch of account. Since BPI banks closes at 3:00pm… if you’ve sent us the details beyond the said time, we will not be able to verify your deposit the same day NOT UNLESS you submit us a scanned copy of the deposit slip you will be given a priority. Scanned copies of the deposit slips are still subject for verification. So, we strongly suggest for you to use BDO, Smart Money or GCash to replenish your wallet.

Most of the issues we are currently experiencing are still part of this deployment and we cannot anticipate these problems unless we go live production. Please hold a little bit more for Loadcentral team are now engage to cater all the necessary things and hopefully we can expect a smooth transactions after we finish furnishing it.
1.They should try to clear cache memory as well as history from their internet option, for we switch from old web tool to new one that might have an effect when loading the page. I also suggest to try using other browser.
2. You can also try step number 1 before you log in to our old web interface, if you received a reply that the site is unsecure please ignore it and continue to accept our SSL certificate. You can also try logging directly to https://125.5.123.145/ to access our old web tool. Remember that they should limit their generation span to up to 3 days or less, for us to avoid cutting the connection, thus our old sever cannot handle lots of connection and queries at the same time knowing the we already switch our focus to our new servers.
3. We currently experiencing intermittent connection to and from SUN SMS center as of the moment, please bear with us that we are now tracing the possible cause of this setback. I do suggest to use our web tool for the moment until we have a resolution on this.
