ePins.biz Deposit Verification Cut Off Times

 
All deposits or internet banking fund transfer using the ePins.biz deposit verification form made to any Wild Concepts Innovative Works bank accounts are manually verified. The amount you deposited will be FULLY loaded / credited to your LoadCentral wallet and consumable up to the last cent.

Processing is WITHIN THE DAY – on the average of 1(one) – 3(three) hours depending on the volume of transactions. It could take a bit longer if the Bank’s system is down which is beyond our control. Please refer to “What are the reasons for delays in load wallet replenishment?” Article.

CUT-OFF TIMES

Cut-off time for the submission of deposit and internet banking fund transfer details made to any Wild Concepts account is 3:00pm Monday – Friday.

Dapat pasok na po ang deposit details before 3:00pm. Deposit details received after 3:00pm will be loaded to your wallet the next Business day.

Deposit verification and wallet reloading is being done to 6:00pm.

Weekend & Holidays

There is no deposit verification and wallet replenishment during WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS. Most of the time we do, BUT we cannot commit on a specific time during weekends and specially on holidays. But hey! we’re tying our best 😀

Deposit Details

You must provide the reference number of your transaction before submitting the form. ePins.biz LoadCentral has the right revoke the deposit verification request if the details provided are incomplete, incorrect and has conflict with other deposits.

Screenshots or photo of the deposit or transaction details is mandatory and must be CLEAR & readable.
