As we approach the Holy Week from March 28 to 30, 2024, including Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Black Saturday, we want to ensure you are well-prepared for uninterrupted prepaid loading and earning opportunities.

Replenish Your Wallets Early

Please take note of the following important information:

• There will be NO RMS deposit verification via BDO and NO wallet replenishment during these dates.
• For ePINs.biz, deposit verification will be available from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm ONLY on the said dates. Exclusively for ePINs.biz retailers and Subdealers, we accept GCash, MAYA, or BPI transactions for wallet replenishment. The minimum wallet load is ₱500, with a maximum limit of ₱5,000.

Kindly note that there will be NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT available for both RMS and ePINs.biz during the Holy Week dates.

Normal Operations Resume
