Service Terms & Conditions

The submission of information to, and use of, the services (collectively, the “Service”) available through the websites ( & are subject to the following service terms and conditions (the “Service Terms and Conditions” or the “Agreement”). BY SUBMITTING INFORMATION to, or accessing information from, the Service, YOU, the end user customer (“Customer”) AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. You also agree to the Privacy Policy.   • LoadCentral Retailer Account Activation is provided free of charge.
  • LoadCentral SubDealer Activation requires applicable fees as specified in the SubDealer Registration Guidelines.
  • LoadCentral SubDealer Activation fee is non-refundable.
  • An Acceptable Valid Government Issued ID is required for LoadCentral SubDealer Account Activation and Retailer Account Update for account modification and technical support requests.
  • To use this Service, you must be 13 years of age or older (those aged 18 and below must provide a Parental Consent Letter)
  • You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
  • During the registration process, you must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, a valid mobile number, and any other requested information to complete the registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
  • Prepaid load retailing is not mandatory. The LoadCentral Retailer account can be used for personal purposes.
  • You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Registration Guidelines Wallet Replenishment

  • The minimum amount required for a regular LoadCentral retailer account fund transfer or online banking transaction at is ₱500.00.
  • accepts MayaGCash and BPI fund transfers. Please refer to its individual page for Service Terms, Conditions & Updates.
  • Replenishing your LoadCentral Retailer Wallet via is optional.
  • LoadCentral SubDealer Partners’ wallet replenishment must be below ₱3,000. Confirm with an representative using Facebook Messenger if your requested amount can be accommodated.
  • Deposit verification and wallet reloading are NOT available on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and in the event of natural calamities such as typhoons, heavy rains, floods, or earthquakes.
  • The full amount received or credited to will be fully loaded or replenished to your LoadCentral wallet, and it is consumable down to the last cent, regardless of what is indicated on your digital or printed transaction receipt.
  • Deposit Verification and Wallet Replenishment is facilitated WITHIN Business Hours – Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm. Please refer to our Wallet Replenishment FAQs.
  • reserves the right to revoke a deposit verification request if the provided details are incomplete, incorrect, or conflicting with other deposits.

  • All transactions are manually verified.
  • We prioritize verifying and processing transactions for wallet replenishments in the order they are received.
  • We aim to replenish your LoadCentral wallet within 1 to 3 hours, depending on the queue. Rest assured, our commitment is to complete the process within the same day and it will not take more than 24 hours.
  • All funds transferred directly to can be verified by submitting the transaction details using the Deposit Verification Web Form. This form facilitates the verification process.
  • For updates and advisories, please refer to the Advisory Facebook page.
  • We DO NOT verify deposit transactions using methods or platform other than our own web form unless stated on our website and or on our advisory Facebook page.
  • Please refer to the Deposit Verification Cut Off Schedule for the designated time-slot for deposit verification.
  • Submissions made after the cut-off will be verified on the next business day.
  • Please refrain from contacting us through Facebook Messenger for follow-ups regarding deposit verification. Instead, kindly make use of our web contact form for further assistance.
  • Notifications will be sent to your registered email for problems and conflicts with your submitted details.
  • Multiple consecutive requests or excessive spamming will result in your email being fully blocked by the system, preventing you from using the web form.
  • You may not use Deposit Verification web form to verify your Uniwiz Trade Sales Inc. or RMS deposits. Please refer to LoadCentral Wallet Replenishment FAQs.

Service Fees

  • The LoadCentral Retailer or Subdealer is responsible for shouldering the Service Fees associated with LoadCentral wallet replenishment.

Refunds for Loadcentral Wallet Transactions

We strictly adhere to our NO LOADCENTRAL WALLET TRANSACTION REFUND Policy without any exceptions.

To avoid any inconveniences, we highly recommend that you verify your registration with or ensure that is your authorized LoadCentral dealer before initiating any deposits to our accounts for your LoadCentral wallet using GCash, Maya, BDO, or BPI. This will ensure a smooth and seamless transaction process.

In the event of an accidental fund transfer to us while not being registered under LoadCentral, you will be required to register a new mobile number.

Once registered, you must follow the designated Deposit Verification Procedure to enable us to credit your transferred or deposited amount to your newly registered LoadCentral retailer account under

Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Policy is designed to provide you with a seamless and reliable delivery experience. We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they are protected during transit. While we strive to dispatch your items promptly, please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to deliver your orders in a timely manner.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • There will be NO DISPATCH a day BEFORE, DURING and a day AFTER the holidays.
  • There will beNO DISPATCH in the event of natural calamities such as typhoons, heavy rains, floods, earthquakes, etc.
  • Shipping & Handling or Processing fees are non-refundable.

How your order is being processed?

  • BATCH SHIPMENTS are scheduled to be picked up by the assigned rider of our courier twice or 4-6 times a month. The specific date or schedule is not predetermined. It could be as soon as the next day or within the following week from the date of your order. Typically, pickups are done on Tuesdays or Thursdays of the week.
  • For transit times, please refer to the “Transit times from the day of pick-up” section below.
  • Tracking numbers will be sent via email once the courier company has encoded the waybill number into their system. Please refer to the Tracking Number section below for complete details. shall not be liable for :

  • Delays caused by the partner’s failure to provide accurate delivery address information.
  • Delays caused by the partner providing an address that is OUT OF DELIVERY COVERAGE AREA. Please refer to our courier’s Delivery Area Coverage page to check the list.
  • Delays caused by the consignee’s refusal to accept the shipment.
  • Damaged or lost parcels

Once the order is shipped, cannot be held liable for any delays, damages or lost parcels. However, we take utmost care in packaging your order securely to ensure it is in good condition prior to dispatch.

Delivery & Transit Times

J&T  Express™ (our courier) will make reasonable efforts to handle, transport and deliver packages to their destination within the prescribed delivery transit times.

J&T  Express™ is not obligated to advise the shipper that transit times may not be met due to operational constraints.

Transit times from day of pick-up:

  • Metro Manila destinations: two (2) to three (3) business days. (EXCLUDING pick-up / drop-off day)
  • Provincial destinations: AT LEAST Three (3) business days depending on your parcel’s destination. (EXCLUDING pick-up / drop-off day)

Tracking Number

We understand the importance of providing you with a smooth and efficient shipping experience. Once the courier company has encoded the waybill number into their system, we will send you the tracking number via email. This allows you to conveniently track the progress of your shipment.

To ensure effective communication, we kindly ask that you refrain from sending multiple Facebook messages or spamming our Facebook page inbox regarding your shipment. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated, as it helps us focus on efficiently handling your inquiries.

Our dedicated team is committed to performing their duties diligently. We take great care in properly packing your parcels, ensuring they are shipped in a secure manner. The courier company, in turn, handles the pickup and drop-off processes while properly documenting each step. It is our aim to have everything meticulously set before sharing shipment details with you.

In the unlikely event that an issue arises with your shipment, rest assured that we will promptly contact you to address it. We value your satisfaction and strive to resolve any concerns in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding and trust in our shipping services.

Tracking Your Order

Once your payment has been verified, we will promptly process your order. You will receive an email containing your tracking number for reference. For more details on how your order is processed, please refer to the “How your order is being processed?” section mentioned above.

Kindly note that we are unable to provide specific updates on the whereabouts of your parcel or its exact delivery timeline. We kindly request that you refrain from requesting such information from us, as we are not obligated to provide constant updates.

It is important to understand that once the parcel has been shipped, we no longer have direct control over its progress. We are not liable for any issues that may occur during transit. Therefore, if you require continuous updates on your parcel, we kindly ask that you reconsider placing an order with us.

If you demand to be spoon fed of updates on your parcel, please do not place an order from us.

For tracking purposes, we recommend visiting the courier’s website, where you can input your tracking number. The tracking progress is typically updated after the parcel has been picked up, usually within the next business day. This allows you to stay informed about the status of your shipment directly through the courier’s tracking system.
