We would like to inform you that RMS RELOADS (PHILIPPINES) INC., formerly known as Uniwiz Trade Sales Inc./LoadCentral, will permanently cease operations effective October 31, 2024.
After this date, all services provided by RMS RELOADS will no longer be available, and any unused deposits will no longer be accessible.
This is particularly sad for us, as we’ve been proudly working with them since 2005. However, we are optimistic about the future. We will soon be part of something better and more advanced, ensuring improved services and enhanced features that will take our eloading business to the next level.
To avoid any inconvenience, we urge you to use all remaining credits before the deadline.
Temporary Suspension of Wallet Reloading
Effective immediately (October 10, 2024), all fund transfers to our GCash, Maya, and BPI accounts are suspended. We will no longer process any wallet reloads through these platforms as we transition to the new system.
Refund Process for Funds Transferred After October 10, 2024
Please be informed that any funds transferred after October 10, 2024 will be refunded by the first week of November 2024, following our final audit. No transactions will be entertained after this date.
We strongly advise against making any further transfers during this period to avoid any delays or complications. Remember, any failure to comply with these updates is your responsibility.
Disabling of Forms
Starting today, all verification forms, registration forms, and support request forms will be temporarily disabled. These forms will remain unavailable while we complete our transition to the new platform. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this process.
