LoadCentral manually handles the process of verifying deposits when you make payments or transfer funds to any LoadCentral bank accounts. It’s important to be aware of the deposit verification cut off time. This means that a team will review and verify your transaction to ensure its accuracy.
Processing Time
On average, the verification process takes approximately 1.5 hours. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on the number of transactions being handled. In certain situations, such as when the Bank’s system encounters technical difficulties, the process might take a bit longer. Unfortunately, such delays are beyond their control.
Important Cut-off Times
Monday to Friday, the cut-off time is 4:30pm.
Deposit verification and wallet replenishment services are not available on Saturdays and Sundays.
