Update Your Mobile Number for Inactive or Broken SIM
Fill out the UPDATE FORM to provide your new mobile number if your SIM card is inactive or broken. This will activate your new account FREE of charge and ensure uninterrupted access to LoadCentral services.
Activate and Change Passwords
Upon receiving the activation confirmation SMS on your new mobile number, change your passwords immediately to enhance security.
Request Wallet Load Transfer
Email fiuu-techsupport-ph@fiuu.com to request a transfer of your remaining wallet load from your old account to your new one. Attach a clear, readable, and unexpired copy of an acceptable government-issued ID.
Wait for Response
After submitting your request for inactive sim, lost sim or stolen device, await a response from the support team. They will assist you with the wallet load transfer process and provide further instructions.
LoadCentral Retailer Activation and Transfers
For both ePINs.biz and non-ePINs.biz LoadCentral retailers, there are no charges for account activation and transfers to ePINs.biz. Similarly, for ePINs.biz and non-ePINs.biz LoadCentral subdealers, transferring their accounts to ePINs.biz is also free of charge. There are no fees or hidden charges involved.
