If the mobile number you are attempting to register is already registered with ePINs.biz, please follow these steps:
Solution: Send a message to the ePINs.biz Facebook Page, providing the mobile number you wish to register and the associated email address. Additionally, please provide a NEW mobile number for activation.
Mobile Number Registered under a Different Dealer in the LoadCentral System
You are trying to register a mobile number that another dealer has already registered in the LoadCentral system. Here are the options available to you to avoid your LoadCentral registration to be not successful:
Option 1: To register a LoadCentral account effortlessly, provide a new mobile number for activation.
Option 2: If you intend to transfer your currently registered mobile number, kindly coordinate with your current dealer and contact LoadCentral tech support at fiuu-helpdesk-ph@fiuu.com. Inform them about your desire to transfer to ePINs.biz. Please note that transfer requests are subject for approval.
After your transfer request has been processed, kindly send us a message on the ePINs.biz Facebook Page to notify us.
