When you register a new LoadCentral account, the default passwords for both the webtool and SMS access are set to 123456.
Can’t Access Your LoadCentral Account?
If you’re unable to access your LoadCentral account, you can request assistance by emailing our support team at email@example.com. Please provide the following information:
- Full Name
- LoadCentral Username or Registered Mobile Number
- Screenshot of the Error Message
- Attach a Valid ID
To avoid delays, keep your LoadCentral account information up to date including changing your LoadCentral default passwords. Check your LoadCentral webtool USER SETTINGS and update your ePINs.biz LoadCentral Registered Account Details, if needed, before submitting your request. It shouldn’t be blank and the account details must be up-to-date.
Remember to include a clear and valid government-issued ID (scanned or photographed). The ID should not be expired and must comply with the List of Acceptable Valid Government Issued IDs.
