Please note that LoadCentral does not have a tool to recover passwords. Unfortunately, if you forgot your LoadCentral password we cannot retrieve your passwords as they are securely encrypted in the system.
LoadCentral Password Reset Guidelines
If you are an ePINs.biz LoadCentral Retailer or Subdealer who forgot their LoadCentral password and need to reset your password, follow these instructions:
- For ePINs.biz LoadCentral Retailers
Refer to the “How To Reset LoadCentral Retailer Password(s)?” guide for detailed steps on resetting your password. - For ePINs.biz LoadCentral Subdealers
Refer to the “How to Reset SubDealer Password(s)” guide for instructions on resetting your password.
Password Reset Process
Make sure you have time to monitor your email before requesting a password reset assistance. If your request is processed and you don’t change the provided password within 3 hours, it may lock your account. So, please update your password promptly.
Remember, your password can include letters and/or numbers, and it is case-sensitive. For example, you could use a combination like “MyPasSSwoRd123.” However, please avoid using special characters in the password.
If you don’t receive the email in your inbox, remember to check your spam folder too.
